NeelMr. Neel Sathasivam, the pioneer in outsourcing has proven competence in migration over several diverse process-transforming businesses; improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering and best practices. He also has set up world-class infrastructure for BPO and IT operations at Ford and lately at Pfizer.

Under his leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received the Golden Peacock National award for Quality & Innovation in implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley and 5S quality standards. It won the Ford President's Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements towards customer satisfaction.

Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. U.K. (FCMA). He worked at Ford Motor Company for 37 years in the areas of Finance, Corporate Governance and BPO. He was the head of Internal Audit for Ford European Operations during 1991-1995. Presently he is the Chairman and CEO of his own successful venture.
